Leggz Ltd. Dance of Rockville Centre, New York, under the Artistic Direction of Joan MacNaughton, continues to be proud of their outstanding dancers and teachers. 

 Leggz Ltd. Dance classical ballet instructor Oksana Konobeyeva, was a principal dancer with not only the Bolshoi Ballet, but also a soloist dancer with ABT (the American Ballet Theatre).  She performed with ABT for 5 years.  Oksana on teaching at Leggz Ltd;  I am glad to be a teacher at Leggz Ltd. Leggz is very organized and has a very knowledgeable staff.  Their dancers are more serious then other schools that I have taught at and the results show in their performances.  Ms. MacNaughton says; I am so happy to have Oksana on staff at Leggz.  She imparts a New York City ballet professionalism, and is able to teach Long Island dancers the best possible ballet training without the Manhattan commute.  Oksana is a beautiful teacher and dancer.

Now, the Leggz Ltd. dancers continue on with ABT as the younger generations of Leggz stand out.  Leigh Ann Klein of Center Moriches, New York, completed the ABT 2007 Collegiate program and continues to study dance at Leggz Ltd. Leigh Ann says: The ABT experience was great.  I learned so much and really benefited from every class.   I liked that there were music and acting classes too that are necessary for all dancers.  Leggz has been a wonderful experience for me.  I love performing with the Ensemble and have gained so much as a dancer from all of the monthly performances.  The annual Nutcracker is an invaluable experience and resume credit for dancers of every level.  At Leggz, we have professional NYC teachers in a local facility.  Ms. MacNaughton says; We are extremely fortunate to have a dancer of the caliber of Leigh Ann at Leggz for the past 8 years.  Not only is she an outstanding ballerina with her technique and professionalism, but, she is also one of the most lovely young ladies I have ever met.  Ms. Konobeyeva says; Leigh Ann is a young, intelligent dancer who is ready for the professional world of dance.

Rockville Centre student, 10 ½ year old Julian Donahue, was accepted into the ABT 2008 Young Dancer program on scholarship. He was thrilled to receive his invitational letter and his parents were so happy to also read that ABT offered Julian a scholarship.  Julian is excited about ABT.  Ms. MacNaughton says; I am especially proud of Julian because he is so truly sincere and passionate about every dance style he studies.  His parents are tremendously supportive of his talent, taking him to his 11 classes a week at Leggz.  Ms. Konobeyeva says;  Julian draws your attention while he is dancing.  He is very serious. 

Leggz Ltd.
