The 30^th Annual, 2009 Leggz Ltd. Dance -  Danny Ruvolo Memorial Dance Scholarship Award was awarded on Saturday May 31, 2009 to Danny Quadrino of East Rockaway. 

        A dancer at Leggz Ltd  Dance in Rockville Centre New York, since the age of 6, Danny, now 17, is going to be starring in the Broadway revival of Bye Bye Birdie opening September 10^th.  Danny studies tap, jazz, ballet, theatre jazz and hip hop and has performed with the Leggz Ltd. Dance Ensemble at the Orange Bowl, Walt Disney World, and many other community/charity events throughout the East Coast. 

        The Award is in honor of Danny Ruvolo, a Leggz dancer and original cast member of the Broadway show A Chorus Line.  He also was the lead dancer in the movie “all That Jazz”.  Both Danny’s are from East Rockaway and Both made their Broadway debut at the age of 17!
